Hide specific user profile tabs

Hello
I would like to restrict the visibility of the following tabs to only be visible to the logged in member:
Activity – Favorites
Activity – Friends
Favorites – Groups
Forums – Favorites

To me it doesn’t really make sense that I can see the activity of other members friends, their favorites and the activity of groups that I have not yet joined.
I read here https://codex.buddypress.org/themes/bp-custom-php/ that I can create a bp-custom.php file which I did. Now I only need the code to hide those fields form everyone except the member him/herself.

Hello Prashant Singh,
Thank you for answering again one of my questions!
The plugin is not what I am looking for. I seem to not have explained myself well.
So I try again:
My site is already restricted to only be visible to members. However I want these sub tabs which are located on each members profile to be visible ONLY to the respective member:
Tab “Activity” – Sub tabs: “Favorites, Friends and Groups”
Tab “Forums” – Sub tab: “Favorites”
So when I go to another members profile I don’t see these sub tabs only on my own profile.

There is a code snippet that might work for you. Just have to put your menu names.
