High Scale Install Consultant Needed

We have a client that is installing a high-scale BuddyPress platform with over 30,000 groups and forums.
We built an import script to import the groups and create forums, but our site starts to give memory errors after a 5,000 groups created.
I need someone with experience in Buddy Press and making high-scale sites work ASAP.
Will pay, of course.
