Highlight posts from specific user(s) in a group

Running Buddypress 2.6.2 on WordPress 4.6.1.
So, in example.com/groups/group1, there are posts by several group members.
I want to highlight posts by specific user(s). This can be using a different background, larger font, different colored text, etc.
How do I achieve this?
