home theme not activating in 1.0 RC2

(This seems like a simple issue but I couldn’t find the answer via forum searches:)

The widgets and member themes for BP show up and work fine, but even though the BP home theme is listed in the WP themes control panel as being activated (and no others are), I’m getting the default WP theme for all users.

Using: WPMU 2.7.1, BP 1.0 RC2

Themes are in:

member: wp-content/bp-themes/buddypress-member/

home: wp-content/themes/buddypress-home/

I’m not getting error messages of any kind, just no joy. Suggestions? Permissions, perhaps?

If I’m understanding you correctly, you want member blogs to use the same theme that you use for your home theme. If this is correct, here’s how you can accomplish that.

In wp-content >> themes, rename the default folder. Something like old-default works well so you remember what it is.

Then, rename the folder of the theme that you want to be set as default.

i.e. rename buddypress-home to default
