How can I list the recent post in the blogs of the current User?

I want to list the recent post and also the recent comments only in the blogs of the current user. Unfortunatly the function “bp_has_activities()” only lists the post and comments of the current user or the sidewide post. You can also list the recent post of friends or mentions with that function, but not all the recent post in your blogs. Is there maybe an other function for these purpose? Thank you for your help.
