How can i make WP3 themed page as a default home page and make Buddypress use as a profile page only

im still working on my site. i have WP3 installed and Buddypress installed also. I want a non Buddypress page as my home default page (magazine theme). If people want to login to the site how can i make their profile as a themed buddypress?

here’s my sample site.

when you login to that it doesnt bring me to the buddypress page. when i view my profile it shows my home page

Are you using a normal WP theme? If so you have to install BuddyPress template pack plugin.

https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-template-pack/

Then in admin>> reading chose a different front page

@rhivanz: If your site running on WordPress MS, you can put BuddyPress in the sub-blog, so all BuddyPress features, including user profiles, put there. About how to make it, can be viewed at https://codex.buddypress.org/how-to-guides/changing-internal-configuration-settings
