How can men's profiles automatically be invisible?

    I’m using BuddyPress for my International Marriage Agency website where American men sign up to view profiles of Russian women for marriage. I want the Men to be able to Sign Up and use the site’s features but I don’t want their profiles to be visible to other members. Men’s profiles should only be visible to an Admin. Only Women’s profiles should be visible to all members. How can I do this? Thank you.
