How can we display the user’s full name instead of just username or first name?

I would like to display the user’s full name in the buddpress directory instead of just their first name. I would also like to display the person’s first name for themselves when they log in, in the top right corner instead of the username, so that for someone called Jane Doe with a username of say, Jane123, when the user logs in, it should say “Jane” next to the person icon in the top right corner, instead of “Jane123”.In the member directory, the user’s first name is displayed, I want to display the person’s full name.
Also, f it is possible to add a message like “Hi,” next to it so it always says “Hi, [user’s first name]”. that would be great.
