[Resolved] How could a Group Moderator edit group details?
-
Hi there,
I’m currently developing with BuddyPress 1.7, and when I check the BP Group moderator roles, here is the official document from http://codex.buddypress.org/user/setting-up-a-new-installation/group-settings-and-roles/:
Moderators: When a group member is promoted to be a moderatorof the group, it means that the member receives the following additional abilities:
Edit group details, including the group name and group description
Edit, close, and delete any forum topic or post in the group
Edit and delete other kinds of content, as produced by certain pluginsBut when I logged in as a group moderator I cannot find the “Admin” tab to modify the group details…then I check many web pages and found this: https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4737
So it seems that BP is hiding “Admin” tab for moderators now…
My Question is: So how could a moderator to “Edit group details, including the group name and group description” exactly???
