How Do I Create A Gallery of All Members?

I would like to add a gallery of all member avatars of my members. I prefer to add code in functions.php if possible, but am willing to look into all options.
I have rtMedia and MediaPress installed but I can’t figure out how to make a simple gallery of all members with either.
Would appreciate any help.
