How do I edit/customise the members profile page?

Hi there,

I want to customise a few things on the profile page, ie:
– Change items in profile nav
– Add cubepoints points

etc..

But I have no idea which files I need to edit, and I keep reading that I shouldn’t touch the core files, but not sure how to edit otherwise (when I do find the right files that is…)

I am pretty comfortable with wordpress customisation, but with buddypress I feel like I am learning from scratch.

A link to your site always helps, becasue a lot depends on the theme you’re using.

Ah of course, sorry! I am using citizen Kane theme (although thinking of swapping to another that already has wp3.0 drop down menu styling built in).
