How Do I Update My Facebook/Twitter Pages Automatically Using WordPress Automated Blogs?

    I have a wordpress blog site that updates my content about five times/week. I have Facebook and Twitter sites set up already. What I want to do is automatically update my Facebook and Twitter accounts when my main website(and its subdomains) are updated. What plugin would I use for this?
