How send/draw Twitter Post into a Live BP Stream

I would like to create a Live BuddyPress stream on my WordPress http://www.bzoo.org . I would also like to send the BP post to Twitter and if I post on Twitter, say from here https://twitter.com/#/list/DJ_Rg/bzoo-radio-hotline it will show up in my BP Live Stream. Is this possible?

How would i do this?
