How to add extra sidebars outside the container?

Hi, I would like to put adsenses ads in the boxes outside the wrapper. So, I would like to create extra sidebars on the right and left outside the container in order to show the ads alongside my blog in wordpress. And the extra sidebars need to be fixed, so that when the users scroll down the page they still remain in the same position. Anybody please knows how can I accomplish this ? I thank you in advance!

    My website is: http://buppha.co.uk/

P.S.: I know my question is regarding wordpress, not buddypress. But since I can’t get the answer anywhere, and I have also posted my question in the wordpress.org’s forum too: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-really-like-to-know-how-do-i-create-extra-sidebars-outside-the-wrapper?replies=1.
So, I decided to try to post my question here as well. Maybe, someone here could help me out anyway. Beforehand Thanks!

Since you’re using Twenty Ten, check out how to make it 3 columns at http://aaron.jorb.in/thirtyten/2010/how-thirty-ten-converts-twenty-ten-to-three-columns/

Thanks for your response! But, I don’t know about I could use that method from the link you gave me since my main purpose is that: I want to create additional sidebars alongside the container. So basically, the new sidebars, which would be one on the left and one on the right, should float outside the wrapper/container, so they would cover most of the background. And they have to be fixed. So, if I scroll down the page they wouldn’t move. Is that a way to accomplish this?

No it’s not. I didn’t notice that you wanted those sidebars outside the wrapper.

I have provided some basic instructions at http://pastebin.com/vtdLX2pM
Adjust widths to taste. At this point I leave you with link to good tutorial on adding sidebars to theme http://justintadlock.com/archives/2010/11/08/sidebars-in-wordpress

For questions on how to improve layout, please post at WordPress.org forums.

Thanks for your help @mercime! I will try to create the sidebars from your instructions now. I will report it back how’s going with it.

Hi, I have just added the codes you gave me from the first link, http://pastebin.com/vtdLX2pM. But, it somehow didn’t work?! Just take a look at my website to see how it looks now, http://buppha.co.uk/. I did exactly what it said in the instructions, but the extra sidebars stay on the left side only: One on the top above the header, and one below the footer.

I have found an another way of making the sidebar fixed from this website, http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_positioning.asp. But, I don’t know how to utilise those instructions with what I try to achieve?

@buddies we were supposed to continue the assistance in the WPorg forums because this is not BuddyPress-related at all. Posting in both forums is not only confusing but does not lead to a solution. I’m closing this topic and we’ll continue this at WPorg.
