Hello I have a theme with a live notification feature, I asked the creator of the theme about how to add more notifications but he told me it all came from a buddypress notification table, so I should find a way to add the notification behavior on BP and then his add on will took those automatically.

I particularly want 2 more notification behaviors but I don’t really how to start, when you are in a group and you write something in one of the forums of that group, if somebody else write after you I woud like some kind of notification in order to follow the conversation. I tried the subscribe “+” but I didn’t receive nothing on my BP sire, (I can do it by email, but I would prefeer to avoid email notifications).

Same case with comments on products (I have bP and Woocommerce integrated), when somebody write something in a product I would like to automatically subscribe that user to receive updates or notifications if somebody answer him or write after him.

any idea how to adress those behaviors to facilitate the interaction between users?
