how to add user’s profile edit link to sidebar

Hi, i need to add the link in the sidebar (only for admin) to edit the user’s profile when it see the profile.
I’ve the adminbar disabled, so i need this functions to edit user’s profile.
Anyone can help me? Any snips of code is appreciated! Thanks
