How to change acitivity text

    I would like to change the default text
    “someone posted an update in the group something”

    To something like
    “someone blablabla an update in the group something”

    How can I do this using some filter? I could find in the plugin core but dont wanna to change there

    The best way to do this is by creating a translation file for your home language, this way you can change all the standard phrases.

    @Venutius is correct however do note that the already posted activities would not change after changing the translation as activities are stored in the database.

    The best approach to achieve this is to create a translation file for your native tongue, which will allow you to alter all the idioms.
