How to change email notification settings for existing users

    Hello I’ve been looking for an answer to this but can’t find a straight answer. I see its possible to change default email notification settings for new users but how can I change them for existing users? For an administrator there doesn’t seem to be a way unless I’m missing something?

    Any help would be great.
