How to change sort order for Posts in Topics and Groups

    The posts in the Topic threads and the topics in the Group threads appear chrono order from oldest to latest.

    I would like to have them appear in chrono order from latest to oldest (reverse order than how they appear now).

    Is there a filter for that? If so, what might it look like?

    If not, what core program is the sql located in? I searched high and low and could not easily locate it.
