How to change that login link which appears after email confirmation?

After a new user registers he is sent an email for confirmation.And after he clicks the link through email he is directed back to my site.It shows a message which reads- login using your username & email.That login link redirects to WordPress login.I want to change it to redirect to my front-end login.How to do that?
