How to delete bp groups via phpmyadmin

I have about 200 groups that need to be deleted via phpmyadmin, with a bunch of missing fields on the database I can not access the corrupt groups via the wordpress admin dashboard (or the site’s front end)
I see the tables for wp_bp_groups (https://buddypress.org/support/topic/groups-pagination-not-found-after-server-move/#post-232532)- do I just delete the entire rows there? Do I leave the rows so the IDs are left in the database? Do I need to remove stuff from other tables (like wp_bp_groupsmeta, wp_bp_groupsmembers, or look for things in notifications, or anything?) in the database?
Wondering what BP does when you delete a group through the admin dashboard, as I need to do all those things manually through phpmyadmin it seems.
