How to display members

Hello,

I have several users.

When i go on my member page lilisoumise.fr/members ==> i see only 2 of them
I don’t know why.
Must I modify a parameter for other users to see all ?

Secondly, I want see a partial users ==> list of user selecting by member role or by role.

How can I make that

The members page only shows accounts that have logged in at least once, have they signed in?
