You can prevent a group of public posts appear on the list of all activities of the site?

I looked for a plugin for that but did not find.

Checking the database on each post exists a flag (hide_sitewide) that changing to “1” does not display the post in the list of activities for the whole site was then only save the posts with a value in the field hide_sitewide when the group that would display the list of activities for the site ….

Is there a plugin to add this functionality?
