How to format text in the profile field description?

    Is it possible to format the description of a profile field? I have a profile field that requires a little explaining for the options the user can choose from. I typed a short paragraph formatted with line breaks by pressing “enter” on the keyboard, but none of the line breaks show on the front end and shows up as one paragraph instead of 3 separate lines.

    So I am wondering if it is possible to format the description.

    I tried a few things, but nothing worked. It appears to strip out anything but plain text.
