How to have a landing page for guests?

    @marco72

    Hello, I want to have an homepage just for guests/logged out users but when user log in they are redirected to activity or another page (don’t need this step, I know how to) I believe I can’t set up my homepage as home.php due to how Wp works, so I’d like to know if there’s an hook to put into child functions.php to achieve this.

    Thanks

    Marco

    But you can put a home.php in your child theme, with that is_logged in I talked about. :)

    Can you please explain how to do this?

    I’d like to have a custom landing homepage (preferably just a wordpress “page”) with general information for non-logged-in users… then if the user is logged-in the homepage defaults to the activity stream (and becomes the “Home” menu link). i.e. when logged-in the custom landing page is unaccessible.
