How to import items for Multiselectbox in Profile Field Setup

In Profile Field Setup I want to use a Multiselectbox with 100+ options. Id prefer not to enter these manually, is there a way to import this list? I’ve thought maybe through PHPMyAdmin but not sure how to go about it…
