how to link the logo-image ?

I have uploaded my custom-header-image (size 1250 x 125px) with a small logo (size 200 x 100px).
So how do I just LINK the logo-image towards the homepage (without using JS or image-hotspots) ?
Just looking for a simple way to link the logo-image to the homepage, but not wanting to link the big header-image.
