How to make profile editable by specific roles?

Hello,

I’m using Buddypress latest version, with a child theme.
I would like to enable a specific WordPress role I’ve created (“Gamer”) to be able to edit the BP Profile of all users. How can it be done ?

I’ve created a plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-devolved-authority/ which allows you to devolve aspects of managing BP to other roles. That will enable you to do this. Note you will also need to grant “list_users” capability if you want them to do that from admin, but they should be able to edit from the front end.
