How to make a website as is :
– WP for info pages, news blog and articles
– Forum where my 2000+ members can discuss
– Galery (like Menalto) where my members can upload their photos (and maybe link youtube videos too)

BuddyPress (with the primary admin blog for your news stories, info pages, etc.) and the following plugins:

BP Media + for photo and video uploads
bbPress forum plugin (a beta version is due September 15th)

You’ll have to work on the templates, write some PHP / CSS / HTML to get them looking exactly as you want, but they’ll give you all the building blocks and some
