How to notify all users when any kind of item is posted to the activity stream?

    Hi, I would like to notify all of my members when any kind of item is posted to the activity stream?

    Is there any plugin or code snippet for that. I couldn’t find one?
    Or anybody knows what hook fire when someone post to the activity stream?
