How to only display posts from users that I follow ?

    Similar to instagram or twitter or many others, in a multi-user site, I would like to have a page that displays posts from users that I follow. I don’t want to see all the posts from all users..

    Buddypress follow plugin solves half of the problem by providing follower mechanism. However, the other half, providing each user a page/newsfeed that only shows posts from specific users that he/she follows is something desirable.

    How can I achieve this functionality ?

    The BuddyPress Follow plugin already comes with personal activity page for followers and following. so you’d just need to remove the other menu options and make the followed page the default for the user profile.
