How to put javascript at the bottom w/ w3 total cache

Hey,
in yslow, my grade is an F with making fewer http request and putting javascript at the bottom.im using w3 total cache and have tried to miniify the javascripts after the body but my score remain the same. Can anybody help me or point me to the right direction?
