How to rename Coureware Plugin Tab?

I installed courseware plugin which is a terrific plugin for the site we are developing.
Question is:
How to rename the stock COURSEWARE to my choosen title?
Also I want to change some labels like ‘lectures’ to be ‘modules’, etc..I saw this site and use its mod at functions.php but seems not working.
Please check this site and see if the code is correct?
