Buddypress Login – How to rename wp-login.php to login.php

I want to rename wp-login.php to login.php so that whenever someone visits wp-login.php , 404 page not found is returned. I just noticed that buddypress.org uses the same. The login link is http://buddypress.org/login. How can i achieve the same?

Try my plugin Rename wp-login, it does exactly what you want.
