How to send a notification for every new activity?

Hi there,
I need to get an email when a new activity is added to buddypress or bbpress. This will help me a lot on the moderation. So if a user write a comment I’ll get an email from the site.
This is not possible in the email settings of buddypress, infact at the moment the only options that I see is for send email for mention.How can I manage that?
