how to set the member blog avatar?

Like info/direction on setting an image of a blog avatar? My members are creating blogs and the name shows (with an image) in a list of blogs on my site. But these images are produced for each blog. Can a member custom set a blog image so that it shows in the “list of blogs” widget?

I think it’d be better if the image would be the users avatar.

Hasn’t been implemented yet. Was on the ToDo list, last I knew.
