How to set up buddypress members for privacy – Planning
-
Hi.
At the moment I have a single WP site installed with buddypress set up, with some xtra plugins. At the moment the homepage is set to static and the posts are set to blog. On my frontpage I have widgets set up with latest posts, latest memebers online, latest activity stream (my activity page is not the front page), Latest posts and latest galleries. All this to encourage activity. As the site grows and due to its x-rated nature I now find it necessery to protect the members more. That meaning I need to differentiate more what visitors see and what registred memembers see. I have lloked at different BP plugins for privacy and also looked at Membership 2 (wich broke the admin bar for users) but can not seem to get my head around on how to organize the content or how to both protect the members but also have SOME content (pref the content produced by admins, generic content) for the visitors to attract new members.
Any tips on how to organize and plugins etc to achieve this would be great.
Cheers!
