I am trying to figured out or to find some documentation of how can I personalize home page, pretty much the ussual thing where visitors can post a new topic and write on existed one

What I see its different page for each thing like (activity, forums, register, forums, etc) And I what to put toghether in the home page

I have everything installed, any help about this will be apprecciated, thanks in advance
