I found an issue of buddypress. When I edit and update comments(not post a comment) on a blog post , it converts characters such as “\” and “&” to html tags. How to fix it?

My WordPress version and Buddypress version are both the lateset. My theme is twentyseventeen。

detailed duplication steps：1. post a comment “\abc” below the blog post “Hellow World!”;
2.edit it: “\abcd”;
3.update the comment;
4.then you’ll get “abcd” with “\” disappearing.
