Dear Support Team

I am new in Buddy Press. Need an urgent help for a few items.
1) After the installation, I have setup the Buddy Press to add the Group in Top Menu. In my Appearance > Top Menu, I added menu selection as below:
a) Home
b) Register
i) Log In
ii) Log Out
c) Directory
d) Shop
i) Checkout
ii) Cart
e) Members Forum (Initial name :Group)
i) My Account
ii) Activity
– Settings
– Profile
– Notification
– Activate

May I know how can I make my Forum main screen look exactly like “http://buddypress.org/support/” where I can see “Forum” and “Topics” in the front page?

2) I have created a Forum “Admin Announcement” http://www.adhdexplorer.com/groups-2/admin-announcement/
In this forum, I want to stop other people from posting their comment. Is there any functions to stop people posting the comment? This section is suppose to be for my posting only.

Dear Support Team

I am also looking for solution how can I stop everyone to create their own Group in Buddy Press. I hope to set only admin can create the group. If any users want to create group have to get my agreement by informing me first.
