how users create pages and edit without enter to dashboard?

I am giong to let my subscribe users the ability of make and edit personal wordpress pages
but possible in site environment and no in the dashboard
My purpose is create a page making system like facebook(any member can make page by a click in his profile)and Address of it is independent.
