I don’t see fields from buddy in original posts in wp-admin

Hi!

User can add phone field in post submission. Why I can’t see this field in original posts page in wp-admin ? in buddy form everything is ok (screen 1). But why I haven’t enything in original post page ? look at screen 2 please
