I need a general email-to-third-party form plugin. Suggestions?

I need an email form that a user can use to fill in some information that will be sent to a third-party, NOT to the site administrator, etc. For example, a complaint form to some other entity, like General Motors, Wells Fargo, etc. (just examples….not for real!).

Suggestions? I am looking at CFormsII, for example.
