If members Name is same as post title/slug

I just noticed this as I was customizing header menu to recognize post parents of posts and page. If i land on a post I have a unique header menu for that section and when i land on users I have a different user header nav menu. everything was fine until i came across members with the same name as a post in the blog. those members showed up with the header menu for blog posts. probably not a huge issue…as 9/10 times this will not happen, but on one of my blogs i allow users to submit posts that are serve as profiles and alot of the times they name the “post” the same as their user name.
I’m guessing this might be resolved in 1.3 possibly with the addition of wp pages for bp components, does this sound right.
