images in child-theme ?

    where at the FTP-folders do I put my “images for child-theme”, so that those images will override the default-theme-images ?

    if an image is called in CSS then you will have to override the default CSS in a child them and point to image in child theme folder.

    You could just replace the default images but then when you upgrade they would be replaced.
