installing into co.cc

Hi! I’ve been working with wordpress for sometime but as soon as i heard about buddy press i changed to wordpress MU and now i’m somehow stuck on the installation of buddy press because i have some questions.

They said that buddypress couldn’t be installed in a subdomain. Is it true? will it work on a co.cc domain?

i dont think it is possible since im pretty sure .co.cc is just a domain mask and doesnt allow you to change dns servers, therefore you wont be able to run it from this since you need wildcard dns

No it does! look at their site http://www.co.cc. Its like any other domain but free!

I suppose that means i can run buddy press… Can’t i?
