Is toksta a virus? How to remove it?

I uninstalled toksta plugin 2-3 months ago but the message at the left bottom corner of my site still exists. The plugin owner suggested me to flush the browser cache as toksta is written in javascript but nothing happened. It’s still there though I have completely deleted all files of this plugin. How can i get rid of this sticky plugin? Thanks in advance
PS Originally I would avoid the problem by using it again but now it’s clearly not a free plugin since the plugin owner is monetizing it.

BTW: All plugins are still for free. Neither the author nor we want money for the free version of the IM. Check http://www2.toksta.com/en/public/pricing (there is a free plan)
