JQuery Easing Bug WP 3.2.1 BP 1.5.1

    @covenantphil

    I just updated my WP install to 3.2.1 and updated BP to 1.5.1, however now I’m getting the following error:

    Error: f.easing[e.animatedProperties[this.prop]] is not a function
    Source File: [… my site …]/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=1&load=jquery,utils&ver=fb5c271ac01e8186b23ece33d5ce4961
    Line: 18

    The only plugin I have enabled is BuddyPress (disabling it causes the issue to go away). From what I’ve found, it’s an issue with differences in JQuery versions, though I’ve tried forcing them all to the same version (modifying the wp-includes jquery file) and I still get the error. The issue is preventing me from being able to insert media into posts or modify my widgets in my sidebar. There may be other places it’s breaking too, but those are the primary concerns I’m aware of at the moment.

    I’ve also tried completely deleting the buddypress plugin and reinstalling it, both by deleting through the WP plugin interface and by deleting the BP folder off my server. Both times I had the same issue after re-installing.

    Is there a workaround or some other way to determine which files are causing the issue? So far I’ve found no solutions to this issue that seem to work for my situation. This issue is on a live production site, so a fix is needed as quickly as possible.

    Thanks for any help you can provide. If any other information is needed, let me know and I’ll do what I can to provide it.
