“Latest post” feature doesn’t work on super admin profile

On WordPress 3.0, with a blog network installed, when you browse to the Buddypress member’s blogs page it shows all the blogs for that user. It also shows a snippet from the most recent post labeled “latest post”. However on my install of WP 3.0+ it appears that the original super admin user (user id 1) has a database table prefix of “wp_” instead of “wp_1_” so for example posts are stored in “wp_posts” instead of “wp_1_posts”. But for user 2 they’re stored in “wp_2_posts”.

Looking through the buddypress code the database request for the latest post (get_blog_extras in bp-blogs-classes.php) adds the user id into the table prefix no matter what, so on my install when you look at the admin’s blogs page it doesn’t show the “latest post”.

Does anyone else have this problem or is this unique to my install? It’s not a big deal I only discovered it because I was trying to use the code to do something else.
