Let users create groups

I’m using WP 5.1.1 and BuddyPress 4.2.0

How can I let users/members create groups on their own? I poked around the support pages but the only answer I found didn’t work.

my site is https://southaustinpsychotherapygroup.com/biblio-therapy and the pw to get in is “bibliotherapy”

In wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Options, did you select this option and save?
Enable group creation for all users

Then everyone should see a Create button on the Groups directory page.

Yes, it is checked. I’m using BuddyPress and MemberPress and some of the pages canceled each other out. What is supposed to be on the Groups Page?

Ah, I see it. There were two groups pages created and only one was showing up.

Any thoughts on letting users create forums and topics?

Forums are bbPress.
